Donald Anderson
CEO & Head of Operations

Donald Anderson is a United States Air Force veteran, a current student at Howard University, a devoted husband, and a proud father. Raised in a small town in Mississippi, Donald comes from humble beginnings that shaped his strong work ethic, values, and deep sense of purpose.

For much of his life, he has been in pursuit of something greater, something meaningful. That purpose began to fully take form through human connection and the simple act of bringing ease, relief, and even a smile to others through dependable service. What started as a personal desire, rooted in his upbringing and a country boy dream of owning a truck, became the foundation for a business built on reliability, respect, and real relationships.

After relocating to the DMV area through his connection with his wife, a Maryland native, Donald quickly recognized a gap in service that called not just for labor, but for integrity, consistency, and care. He saw an opportunity to serve people differently.

While the world often operates through a purely capitalistic lens, Donald approaches business through connection first. His vision is not just to grow a company, but to raise the standard of how customers are treated, how employees are valued and compensated, and how even the humblest services can contribute to stronger communities.

With a natural gift for communication, quick decision-making, and building trust through action, Donald leads operations with both strategy and heart. His ability to connect with people, identify opportunity, and turn conversations into lasting relationships has been a driving force behind the company’s growth.

In addition to his purpose-driven approach, Donald brings a strong foundation of leadership shaped by his military service. While serving in the United States Air Force, he held a Top Secret security clearance and carried significant responsibility within both aircraft maintenance and command operations. He contributed to the oversight and maintenance of special operations aircraft valued at over $2.8 billion under United States Special Operations Command.

Donald currently serves as a non-commissioned officer in the Air Force Reserve. During his time on active duty, and even in his early years as an Airman, he was consistently recognized and sought out for his natural leadership ability and presence. His experience also includes working in command post environments, where he was entrusted with the communication and relay of sensitive, high-level information. These experiences shaped his ability to lead with discipline, clarity, and accountability, qualities that continue to define his leadership today.

Looking ahead, Donald envisions expanding into broader sectors including logistics, agriculture, and global trade. His goal is to create pathways not only for business success, but for meaningful impact. For him, this work is bigger than hauling. It is about building something that reflects purpose, dignity, and community at every level.

Ajee Anderson
Co-Founder & Director of Strategy

Ajee Anderson is a wife, a mother, a United States Air Force veteran, and a counseling psychology student at Bowie State University. As Co-Founder, Ajee was brought into the business by her husband to help build the structure behind a service that was already delivering unmatched quality.

With over 10 years of experience in website development, creative marketing, and systems integration across both personal and corporate spaces, Ajee brings a unique ability to turn vision into execution. She has a proven track record of creating marketing strategies that generate overwhelming demand, resulting in increased phone calls, opportunities, and sustained business growth.

Her role is to bring the brand to life. Through her work, she ensures that anyone who needs to know about the services offered will be able to find, understand, and connect with them. Her strength lies in understanding perception, what people see, what they feel, and what ultimately drives them to act. As a creative, she focuses on crafting a look and experience that not only reaches people but resonates with them.

Ajee operates with full confidence in the level of service delivered through the company’s CEO, knowing that the quality provided is unmatched. Her work is designed to amplify that truth and make it visible to the world.

In her corporate career, Ajee has led the development of audit systems, redesigned operational processes within large healthcare organizations, and has been entrusted with responsibilities involving up to $4.5 million in monthly risk. Her ability to build, refine, and improve systems has been recognized at both professional and personal levels.

After years of contributing her talents to corporate environments, Ajee made the decision to redirect her skills toward building something of her own. This work represents more than business. It is an opportunity to create with intention, operate with integrity, and contribute to something she fully believes in.
