The total time required depends on factors such as:

Most cleanout projects take 3–6 hours, though larger properties or hoarding situations may take longer.

Heavy materials, unusually large items, or specialty disposal may require additional charges.


Booking Deposit

To reserve your service appointment, a $50 booking deposit is required.

The deposit:

• Secures your scheduled service time
• Reserves your crew and equipment
• Is credited toward your final invoice

Once our team arrives on-site, we will review the project and confirm the expected time and scope of work.

You will always have the opportunity to approve the final estimate before work begins.


Deposit Policy

Deposits secure your service window and crew scheduling.

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
• Same-day cancellations may result in deposit forfeiture
